Back in 2010 Rosalie & Scott Riccelli with their daughter Margaret Riccelli-Willis and her husband David Willis, decided to open a gourmet chocolate shop in the quaint town of Richmond Hill.  David having owned his own Gourmet Chocolate Shop in Northern New Jersey for 13 years had the experience needed for such an adventure.

Soon the four of them were renting a 1,000 square foot space right next to Publix. It didn’t take too long for patrons of Richmond Hill to realize the high quality chocolate that was being made. And within a matter of two years All Things Chocolate and More had out grown the space.

In December of 2013 they opened up at 10741 Ford Ave. And just like that they went from 1,000 square feet to almost 3,000 square feet.  With all of that space they decide to make half of it a restaurant specializing in crepes, sweet and savory.  And just like the chocolate store before it, the restaurant quickly outgrew the space. A wall was knocked down to add another 800 square feet and six more tables for the hungry customers.

After a successful seven year run, Rosalie and Scott Riccelli decided it was finally time to retire and the store was put up for sale. In came Sara López-Smith, who fell in love with the business and decided to purchase the store and take over the reins, so to speak. With Sara and the excitement she has brought with her the store continues to go to new heights.

Something that seems to always hold true for All Things Chocolate and More, come in as a customer, leave as a friend. Cannoli, anyone?
